Chandragiri Fort is situated in Kasargod district in Kerala and bordered by Chandragiri River. It is one of the oldest fort built by Sivappa Naidu of Karnataka in the 17th century. This large square fort is 150 feet above sea level and conquers an area of about seven acres by the side of the river Payaswini. The view of the river, sea and the sunset is extremely beautiful.
